- All individuals must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to participate in Terrible's Players Club Program.
- Photo identification acceptable to Terrible’s Casinos is required for ALL transactions pertaining to the Terrible's Players Club.
- Terrible’s Players Club points are earned by members in accordance with their gaming activity and may vary depending on the model of gaming device played or, if applicable, live games, bingo and sports wagers. Terrible’s may revise the method for earning points at its discretion. The current schedule is available at the Players Club.
- It is the member's responsibility to properly insert the card when playing slots, video poker or keno machines and to present the card to the appropriate personnel when playing table games, bingo or placing sports wagers.
- Members may not distribute, lend or in any way allow another person to use their Terrible's Players Club Card.
- Any misuse of the card or improper play as determined in the sole discretion of Terrible’s management will result in forfeiture of all Players Club points and may result in revocation of club membership.
- Terrible's is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused cards, or for points redeemed on it. Terrible's is not responsible for lost or stolen redemption vouchers.
- All disputes and ensuing decisions by management regarding point accumulation or point balances are final and binding. Terrible's Casinos management reserves the right to adjust any point balances resulting from machine malfunctions, operation errors, and/or fraud. Account adjustments will be completed within 72 hours of being validated.
- Players Club members who have been issued credit and are delinquent in repayment of that credit and/or members who have had a check(s) cashed which has been returned for non-payment shall have their Players Club points forfeited until all discrepancies have been remedied.
- Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules will be resolved by management in a manner deemed fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding.
- Unredeemed point balances are not transferable to any other account or to any other person including through gift, sale, death or divorce.
- Only the club member listed on the card may obtain information or engage in any transaction related to the account.
- Employees of Herbst Gaming, Inc. and its subsidiaries (including all Terrible’s Casinos and slot route companies) and their immediate families are prohibited from participating in any Players Club contests, promotions, slot tournaments or drawings.
- Point chasing or point theft is a fraudulent use of the Club card. Point chasing is defined as allowing individuals other than the cardholder to play on his/her Club Card. Members may be expelled from the Club for such action and all Players Club privileges may be permanently revoked, including elimination of all remaining point balances. Any other misuse of the card will constitute automatic grounds for expulsion from the Players Club, including the elimination of the point balance.
- Accounts with no activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be considered inactive and all points will be forfeited.
- Any Terrible's Club Card, voucher, or drawing ticket that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these official rules is automatically void. In addition, Terrible’s reserves the right to void any Players Club Card, voucher, and drawing ticket at any time in its sole discretion.
- Use of the Terrible's Club Card constitutes acceptance of all rules, terms and conditions stated.
- Terrible’s reserves the right to deny any application or revoke membership in Terrible’s Players Club at any time in its sole discretion.
- Any and all taxes relating to a Players Club member receiving any awards is the sole responsibility of the Club member.
- All aspects of the Terrible’s Club Card program including the Club Card, vouchers, drawing tickets and unredeemed points are the property of the casino. Terrible's reserves the right to modify or cancel this program, including all benefits, at any time.
- Based upon the number of points earned during specified time periods, club members become eligible upper level club status and higher level rewards.
A. Qualifying periods are January thru June and July thru December annually.
B. Patrons qualifying for upper level tiers maintain the upper level for the duration of the qualifying and the next six-month qualifying period. - Only base points count towards higher level qualification - point multipliers and point adjustments do not count.
- Specific benefits and rewards awarded to upper level patrons may vary at each casino and are available at each casino’s Players Club.
- Current upper levels are Silver for earning 500 points in any qualifying period, Gold for earning 50,000 points in any qualifying period and Platinum for earning 125,000 points or more in any qualifying period.
Terrible’s Players Club Level Structure:
