LOST AND FOUND

For items lost within Primm Valley Casino Resort’s property, our secure online Lost and Found form is the easiest way to report those items. Once you have completed the form, click on the Report Lost Item button. You will receive a confirmation email that your form has been successfully entered into our system for processing. Your item will be reviewed by our Lost and Found personnel within 24 hours. You will receive a notification e-mail once your item is found.

To ensure that you receive the notification email, please add the address notifications@chargerback.com to your safe senders list. Please note, if your item is found it may take up to three days to reach our Lost and Found department.
